It's that breadth of first-hand experience that sets us apart from the competition.

Doug Jones – President – Over 25 years of experience leading a variety of businesses across multiple industries and countries. Formerly he was a business unit President at Convergys Corporation which focuses on business processing outsourcing around the globe.

Steve Buchanan – Executive Vice President – Over 21 years of Video Game experience. Prior to Jack of All Games, he was the National Sales Manager at Sega of America and prior to that, the Retail Buyer for Meijer.

Tom Rosenbaum – Senior Vice President – Over 23 years of Video Game experience with various positions within Jack of All Games. He previously held the position as principle owner of Hyde Park Distributors.

Kevin Connelly – Vice President of Purchasing and Sales Support – Over 18 years of Video Game experience. Formerly he was the Vice President of Merchandising and Distribution for the 406 store chain, FuncoLand.

Brian Kossin – Director of Purchasing – 19 years of Video Game purchasing. 12 years with Jack of All Games and 7 with Video Game Exchange.
